Well, if you are wondering how these spring rolls are made, then we are telling you simple tips. These rolls are also known as Salad Rolls, Rice Paper Rolls and Fresh Spring Rolls. All you need are rice noodles, carrots, cucumber and Chinese cabbage, as well as cucumber and rice paper sheets or wrappers. These rice paper sheets are first soaked in hot water for a few seconds to make them soft. After this, all the chopped and julienned vegetables are stuffed and the sheet is rolled with the mouth open. It's that simple! You can enjoy these Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce and Peanut Sauce.

Boil rice noodles in a saucepan for 3-5 minutes and then strain. Fill a large bowl with hot water. Dip the wrapper in hot water for 1-2 seconds to soften it.

Lay a wrapper flat. Place rice noodles, carrot, Chinese cabbage and cucumber in the centre, leaving about 2 inches open on each side. Spread crushed peanuts over them.
