Bird-dog pose
Bird dog is a simple core exercise that improves balance. This is a very good exercise for the spine. Lower back pain is relieved by doing this exercise. This asana is beneficial for adults to children.

How to do a Bird dog pose?
- Rest your hands and knees on the ground. Keep the back straight and core muscles tight.

Now raise your right leg upwards. The feet have to be kept in line with the back and at the same time the left hand has to be raised.

In this position, keep the core tight so that the balance remains.

Stay in this position for a few seconds, then come back to the normal position.

Now this asana has to be done with the left leg and right hand.

- Repeat this pose 3 to 5 times.
