Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has promoted digital payments. Now UPI can be used for payments ranging from Rs 5 to Rs 50,000. Users can transfer money (UPI Transfer) and make payments with security in a moment.
Many times users mistakenly transfer money to another UPI ID. In such a situation, you need to panic. You can also get a refund easily by filing a complaint on the NPCI portal.

As per the rules of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), after giving complete information about the payment, you can get a refund from the payment service provider.
