First mistake – drinking water while eating
According to experts, when you sip water while eating food, it can cause harm to you. Drinking water reduces the secretion of saliva. Due to this, digestive juice is not released in your stomach, due to which nutrition is not absorbed. Whatever you eat gets stuck to the lining of the stomach, which starts forming mucus. This can weaken the immunity. In such a situation, you should drink water only half an hour before or half an hour after eating.
Second mistake – consuming raw vegetables
Experts say that one should never consume raw vegetables like cucumber with food. It works as an appetizer. Cucumber has water content, these are bio-chemical compounds which hinder digestion and may cause you to complain of acidity.
Third mistake – consuming fruits with food
When we eat any fruit like mango with or after food, fermentation is created due to the sweetness. Due to this, good bacteria are reduced and bad bacteria increase. Glucose may increase due to fermentation. Absorption of nutrition also starts decreasing.
Fourth mistake- eating in a negative mood
Experts say that whenever you eat food in anger or with negative emotions, the absorption of nutrition reduces. In such a situation, one should always eat food in a good mood, this helps the body absorb the food.
Fifth mistake- eating in bad posture
When you feel uncomfortable and eat food while standing in extreme heat, the absorption of nutrition also reduces. Experts say that if your posture is not correct while eating, then the food will not be absorbed into the body.
