Many times people start exercising while watching others. Whereas this is not considered correct at all. This may have adverse effects on your health. For example, if you have the problem of knee pain, then you should avoid doing some exercises. There are many exercises which can make your knee pain worse -

To run

Running is considered a very good workout. This is a cardio exercise which helps you burn extra calories. Besides, your body's stamina also improves. But if you already have knee pain, then perhaps running is not a good option for you. This may increase pain in your knees. Actually, during running, there is extra pressure on your knees and this can cause pain.

Climbing stairs

Climbing stairs is a good way to keep you fit. But for people who already have knee pain, climbing stairs is not good. Climbing too many stairs will make your knee pain worse. Not only this, such people should also avoid sitting on the floor and sitting cross-legged as this can cause further damage to the already damaged cartilage.

Deep squats

People who always complain of knee pain should avoid doing deep squats. Actually, during this exercise, the knee is bent too much, which can put additional pressure on the knee joint. Due to this, the problem of knee pain increases further.

Lunges

Even while doing lunges, we bend our knees, which put pressure on the knee joints which can cause a lot of pain too many people. Especially, if you do not take care of your body posture while doing lunges, it puts too much pressure on the knee and can increase the pain.

Leg press with heavy weights

Most people do leg presses to make their legs stronger. However, this is a workout which is not considered suitable for everyone. Especially, if you do leg press with heavy weight, it can put too much pressure on the knee joint. If you do not pay attention to body posture during this period, it can hurt the muscles and joints of the legs.
