What is Alzheimer's disease?

Alzheimer's is one of the serious neurological disorders, which occurs mainly in old age. It gradually destroys brain cells, causing a decline in memory, thinking ability and behavior. This is the most common form of dementia. Initially, the patient starts forgetting small things, but gradually this disease takes a serious form, in which the daily life of the person becomes difficult.

Vrikshasana

Paschimottanasana

To practice this asana, sit with your legs spread out in front. Now bend towards the feet with your hands. Try to reach the knees with your nose.

Vajrasana Yoga
