2-3 tbsp barley
1 tsp garlic chopped
1/4 cup white part of onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup tomatoes finely chopped
2 tbsp masoor
1/4 cup chopped green part of an onion
1-2 pinch black pepper ground
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
How to make barley soup?
To make barley soup, first of all, take and clean the barley.
Then you soak it in water for about 2 hours.
After that filter it and take it out in a vessel.
Then wash and filter the lentils as well.
After this, put 1 teaspoon of oil in a pressure cooker and heat it.
Then you add the white part of the green onion and garlic in it.
After this, fry both of them on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Then add finely chopped carrots, barley, lentils, salt as per taste, and 4-5 cups of water and mix it.
After this, put 4-5 whistles in it and turn off the gas.
Then after cooking, take out the prepared mixture in a vessel.
