Stuffed parathas are made in almost every household in winter, in which the most common are potatoes, cabbage, and peas, but do you know you can make tasty parathas from corn kernels as well?

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups,
- corn kernels boiled 1 cup,
- onion 1 finely chopped,
- green chili 2 finely chopped,
- salt as per taste,
- asafoetida 1 pinch,
- cumin - 1/2 teaspoon,
- chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon,
- garam masala 1 /2 tsp,
- oil 1/4 cup
Method :
- First, boil the corn kernels.
- Grind these boiled corn grains finely in a mixer.
- Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds to it. After this, add finely chopped onions to it, after frying for two minutes, add green chilies and ground corn paste and fry till it becomes dry.
- Then add chaat masala, garam masala and salt. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Mix salt and 2 teaspoons oil in the flour and knead it. Keep it covered with a wet cloth for half an hour.
- Make balls out of it, fill it with corn stuffing and roll it in the shape of a round roti.
- Heat the griddle and bake it well by applying oil on both sides.
- Serve it hot with curd or pickle.
