20 soft beans

50 grams paneer mashed

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tsp ginger and green chilies finely chopped

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tsp stuffed vegetable masala

2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp refined oil.

Remove the fibers from the edges of the beans and keep them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Strain the water and put it in cold water. Then put it in a cloth and pat it. Add all the other ingredients except sesame seeds to the paneer. Open each pod from one side with a knife and fill it with paneer masala with light hands.

Dissolve cornflour in a little water and apply a little on the side of the bean on which the stuffing is filled. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Crack the sesame seeds and then carefully put them in all the beans. Flip and bake. Serve with parathas.

Note: If you want, you can make a batter of cornflour and white flour and fry each bean by dipping it in it.
