Ingredients needed to make pea raita-
1 cup peas (boiled)
300 grams curd
1 tsp salt


Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
Pinch of black salt
2 tsp coriander (chopped)

How to make Peas Raita? (How To Make Matar Raita)
To make pea raita, first, peel the peas and take out the seeds.
Then put 2 cups of water in a vessel and keep the peas boiling.
After this, put one spoon of ghee in a nonstick pan and heat it.
Then add peas to it and fry on low heat till it turns light brown.
After this, take them off the gas and leave them to cool down.
Then you put curd and half a cup of water in a bowl.
After this, beat the curd well.


Then you add all the ingredients like salt and black pepper etc. to the curd.
After this, mix all these things well.
