Gooseberry

To prevent hair from turning grey, Amla should be included in the diet. Amla is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. It reduces grey hair. You can take Amla in the form of powder, fruit or juice. Take its juice in lukewarm water in the morning on an empty stomach. Apart from this, you can also apply it by mixing it in oil.

Black Sesame

Black sesame helps in producing melanin. Melanin is responsible for the colour of hair and skin. You can eat its sesame seeds or laddus. You can also take it as a mouthwash after eating. You can also mix sesame seeds in roti flour. Sesame oil is rich in Vitamin B. This oil increases blood circulation in the scalp and prevents greying of hair.

Black raisins

Black raisins or raisins are a powerhouse of iron. It also contains Vitamin C in high quantities. It provides proper nutrition to the hair and helps in the quick absorption of minerals. It is beneficial for preventing premature greying of hair and for healthy growth of hair. Eat 5 soaked raisins every morning.

Curry leaf

Curry leaves are rich in vitamins A, B, C and Vitamin B12. It also contains iron and calcium in large quantities. It prevents hair fall and premature greying. Also, increases hair growth. Soak 5-10 curry leaves in water and drink this water. You can also give Amla-curry leaves chutney to children.
