Forward media with the caption

Let us know that the 'Forward media with caption' feature of WhatsApp is now available for Android users. The latest feature of the app will allow users to forward images, videos, GIFs, and documents with captions. Apart from this, you also get the option to remove the caption.

According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp wants to make sure you are aware of this new feature and also gives you the ability to remove captions from media before forwarding it. This feature allows users to maintain control over the messages they send. WhatsApp's 'Forward media with caption' feature is first available for iOS users.

What is the 'Forward media with caption' feature?

This feature will allow users to add captions while sharing media files with their friends and family. Will help users quickly find old files by just typing keywords from captions.

When users forward an image with a caption, a new visual will appear at the bottom of the screen, letting them know whether the feature is enabled on their account. Also, you will be able to decide if they don't want to forward it, then a dismiss button is provided to remove the caption from the image before forwarding the message.
