Sharing large files in WhatsApp has been a problem for a long time. WhatsApp's rival app Telegram has the option to share files up to 2 GB, but WhatsApp users are still waiting for it.
Now it seems that Meta has taken this problem seriously. According to the report, a new file-sharing system is coming to WhatsApp. After the introduction of this feature, WhatsApp users will be able to share large files and HD photos and videos with each other in the same way as they are shared through ShareIt and Android's Nearby.
It is being said in the report that this new feature of WhatsApp is currently being tested, but even beta users have not got access to it. Its beta update will be released in a few days. After the update, users will be able to share files like Nearby Share.
The new feature has been named “Share files with people nearby”. This option will be available in the app itself. With its help, you will be able to share files without sharing the number. In simple language, you will be able to use WhatsApp for file sharing.
