We all might have eaten pulao at home many times, but most of the time we have made it in the cooker, which is why it is not possible to have what is available in market pulao. This time we will teach you an easy way to make pulao in a pot. All you need is some rice and vegetables. It will be so delicious that no matter how much you eat, you will not feel full.

Material
Basmati rice - 500 grams
Ghee - 100 grams
Paneer - 50 grams
Carrot - 100 grams
Beans - 100 grams
Peas - 100 grams
Cardamom - 2 left and 2 large
Cinnamon - 1
Bay leaves - 3
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste

How to make Vegetable Pulao
1. Heat ghee in a vessel. Add all the vegetables and fry them lightly. Then add cheese to it and fry.
2. Fry all the whole spices in another pan. Place rice on top.
3. Fry for three minutes.
4. Then add roasted vegetables and water to it.
5. Cover and cook for some time.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
