Meta-owned instant messaging app WhatsApp has also released a short video feature for iPhone users. This feature has recently been released for Android users. Now iPhone users will also be able to reply to any message with a video. Let us tell you that this will be a real-time video message that allows you to send up to 60 seconds of video as a message. The company says that short video reply messages will also be end-to-end encrypted.

WhatsApp says that the company has officially started rolling out the new feature from Monday. You can now record and send video messages in instant chat. Users have to switch on video to send video. For this, this feature can be accessed by tapping on the microphone icon in the chat. The platform is also rolling out support for screen sharing in video calls.

This is how the feature will work
To use the new feature of WhatsApp, users will get the option of a video message next to the text box itself. You tap on it, then the camera of the phone will open. After recording a video, you can also send it directly. By default, the audio in video messages will be muted, but you can turn it on as per your convenience. If this feature has not yet come to your iPhone, then you can update your WhatsApp app to get this feature.
