WhatsApp has become popular all over the world in terms of communication, but now traders will be able to run their shop through it. Through this, general consumers will be able to order items from a shop and also pay through WhatsApp itself. Traders will also be able to promote their shop-goods through WhatsApp. WhatsApp's parent company Meta will also provide training to the businessmen of the country about this.
Actually, WhatsApp is continuously working to increase its base. It is also attracting consumers by adding new features. In the past, efforts have been made to connect people with WhatsApp by bringing a new business version, which seems to be benefiting the company.
Now, to promote it more in India, the company has tied up with CAT, a major body of traders. In this, one crore traders of the country will be given training to do business through WhatsApp. Under this, a target has been set to train 10 lakh traders from 17 cities and one crore traders from 29 states in the first round. Traders will get training in 11 languages.
