Instant messaging app: WhatsApp has released the feature of sharing videos in high quality (HD video sharing). This feature has currently been introduced for Android users. The company also recently released the facility to share high-quality photos. The HD video-sharing feature has been awaited for a long time. With the help of this feature, users will now be able to send videos in high quality.

HD video-sharing feature
The company has released the new Android 2.23.17.74 WhatsApp update on Thursday. If you haven't got the new feature yet, you can update the app. In the new feature, users will get the option of HD while sharing videos to share high-quality videos with their contacts. With the help of this option, HD (720p) and SD (480p) resolutions can be switched.

How will the feature work
To send videos in HD quality, first of all, update WhatsApp to the latest version in your Android phone.
Now open the chat of the person to whom you want to send the video. Go to the gallery with the pin symbol and attach the video.
You can attach a video directly by tapping on the camera symbol.
Now as soon as you select the video to send, you will see a new HD option. From here you select on HD.
Now tap on the send icon and the video will be sent in HD.

Also got the facility to send HD photos
Millions of users of WhatsApp have also got the facility to share HD photos. The feature has gone live for both Android and iOS users. Users can now share photos in HD (2000x3000 pixels) or standard (1365x2048 pixels) quality, though the uploading will also depend on your internet speed. Apart from this, the storage of your phone will also fill up quickly.
