Another feature that WhatsApp is working on is mentioning contacts in status updates. Users are immediately notified when it appears in a status update. The upcoming latest version will have the ability to directly include a contact in your status update.

Feature to pin multiple chats

According to Wabetainfo, WhatsApp is testing the feature of pinning multiple messages in chats. This feature is being tested on WhatsApp beta version 2.24.6.15 for Android. The update introduces a new interface designed for navigation in pinned messages. Through this new interface, users will be able to easily access and manage their pinned messages.
