Protein

For muscle support, you can include protein-rich foods in your diet before a workout. Taking protein before a workout helps in building muscles, and increasing muscle growth and muscle strength. For this, you should consume boiled eggs, beans, lentils, Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, and cheese.

Hydration

Keep yourself well-hydrated before working out. Drink water according to your body and activity because you sweat while working out and this can dehydrate your body, due to which you can become dizzy and fall. You may have to face unconsciousness. It is important that before working out, you should drink water for two be sure to drink three glasses of water.
