Lean protein can be your best friend for weight loss. After taking it you do not feel hungry for a long time. Include proteins like yoghurt, nuts, beans or lean meat at almost every meal and breakfast.

Fiber speeds up metabolism and protein helps in weight loss. Therefore, to lose weight, one should consume foods rich in high fibre and high protein.

Increase activity

Sitting for a long time leads to weight gain. That's why some activities daily do. For this, you can walk or dance for some time daily. Aim to walk 10,000 steps daily. Use the stairs instead of the lift.

Eat several times a day

Instead of eating too much once a day, eat small amounts several times a day. Eat mindfully, enjoy every bite, and listen to your body's hunger signals.

Apart from this, eating food late at night is also a reason for weight gain. Most people have dinner after 9 or sometimes ten at night. Due to this, the body does not get enough time to digest food.

Keep yourself hydrated

Water helps you in weight loss. Therefore, try to keep yourself hydrated by consuming water regularly. Drinking water by sip before eating reduces hunger. Apart from this, to stay hydrated, avoid consuming soft drinks and ready-made juices, as they contain high amounts of sugar. Instead of reducing calories, it can increase. Instead of this, you should consume tea or sugar-free drinks.
