Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt, 1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 banana (thinly sliced hua), 1/2 cup (sliced) strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (toasted).

Whisk together almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla. Whisk in chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roast the coconut flakes in a pan for about 1-3 minutes and then let them cool. Take out from the fridge and stir well to remove any lumps. Add banana slices, sliced strawberries, blueberries and coconut flakes.
Sattu Milkshake
Ingredients: 3 tbsp jaggery, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1 pinch saffron, 5 cashew nuts, 5 almonds, 400 ml skimmed milk and 1 cup sattu.
How to make Sattu Milkshake
Coarsely chop almonds and cashews and keep them aside. Now take a blender jar and put milk, sattu, cardamom powder, saffron and jaggery in it. Blend them to get a smooth and creamy consistency. Pour the milkshake into a serving glass and serve garnished with chopped cashews and almonds.
