Ayushi Yadav, a famous dietician working at GIMS Hospital in Greater Noida, told us what things we should avoid eating during breakfast.

1. Oily Foods
The trend of oily foods is very high in India if people like to eat puri-sabzi or kachori in the morning for breakfast, but they should not do so otherwise the weight can increase rapidly.

2. Cake and Cookies
Cake and cookies may be your favorite food item but it is harmful to health. It uses starch and sugar which is responsible for weight gain. That's why do not consume these things for breakfast.

3. Noodles
Noodles are such a fast food that it attracts many youths towards themselves, but it is not at all right in terms of health because it can increase your weight. That's why don't eat it for breakfast at all.

4. Packed Fruit Juice
The trend of drinking packed fruit juice in our daily diet has increased a lot, but do not drink it for breakfast because preservatives are found in it which can be harmful to health. You should extract fruit juice at home.

5. Processed Food
In the changing times, the trend of eating processed food has increased a lot, but it is not at all good for our health because the food goes through many processes in cooking these things. These include meat, burgers, chips, etc. Avoid eating them.
