Makhana and almond milk smoothie for weight loss

  • Makhana has very less calories and fat. It is considered good for weight loss.

  • Makhana is high in protein. Calcium and magnesium are also found in abundance in it. You have to add about 1 handful of makhana to this smoothie.
  • Almond milk is used in this smoothie. It contains many essential minerals, which are considered good for weight loss.
  • It also reduces belly fat and is also good for people suffering from lactose intolerance.
  • Sattu is also rich in nutrients. This keeps the stomach full for a long time.

Ingredients required

  • Roasted and ground Makhana – 1 handful
  • Sattu- 2 tsp
  • Almond milk- 200 ml
  • Banana – half
  • Cinnamon powder- 1 pinch
  • Dates- 1
  • Pumpkin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Sunflower seeds- 1 tsp

Method to prepare

  • Blend everything except seeds.
  • Garnish by adding seeds on top.
  • Your weight loss smoothie is ready.
