Here we are telling you about one such drink made from curry leaves, celery leaves and some other household items, which not only reduces weight but also provides many other benefits. Celery and curry leaves juice for weight loss
- This drink is made by mixing curry leaves, celery leaves, cumin, cardamom, ginger and lemon.
- Curry leaves are useful in reducing weight, reducing belly fat, reducing hair fall, reducing sugar levels and increasing haemoglobin.
- Celery leaves reduce symptoms of bloating, indigestion, cough, cold, diabetes and asthma. It is also good for weight loss.
- Coriander seeds improve metabolism. This relieves headaches and hormonal imbalances. It is also beneficial for the thyroid.
- Cumin is effective in controlling sugar, reducing acidity, migraine, cholesterol and fat loss.
- Ginger is very good for winter. It relieves indigestion, gas and headache. This also reduces weight.
- This tea is effective in improving gut health and reducing the symptoms of PCOS.
- Drinking this tea also reduces insulin resistance and boosts immunity.
- Prevents cough and cold caused due to weather changes.
Ayurvedic tea of celery and curry leaves
Ingredients required
- Water- 2 glasses
- Curry leaves- 8-10
- Celery leaves- 3
- Coriander seeds- 1 tablespoon
- Cumin- 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder – a pinch
- Ginger – 1 inch grated
- Lemon- half
Method to prepare
- Put everything in water and boil it for 5 minutes.
- Now filter it and add half a lemon to it.
- Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.
