Ingredients needed to make Makhana Khichdi-
2 bowl makhana
1 potato
2 green chilies
1 tbsp green coriander
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp desi ghee
1 tsp lemon juice

How to make Makhana Khichdi?
To make Makhana Khichdi, you must first wash potatoes, green chilies, and green coriander.
Then cut them all finely and keep them separately.
After this, take Makhana and cut it into fine pieces.
Then put half a teaspoon of desi ghee in a pressure cooker and melt it on high flame.
After that slow down the gas, add finely chopped potatoes and green chillies, and fry for a while.
Then add makhana to it and mix well.
