Black gram boiled 5-6 cups
Green chutney 4 tbsp
Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
Curd 3 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Dry mango 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp


Salt to taste
Papdi 7-8
Onion 1 large (finely chopped)
Tomato 2 medium (finely chopped)
Green chilies 2-3 (finely chopped)
Lemon juice
Sev 1 cup

How to make Aloo Chana Chaat? (How To Make Potato Chana Chaat)
To make Aloo Chana Chaat, first of all, take a mixing bowl.
Then you cut boiled potatoes and put them in them.
Along with this, add boiled black gram to it and mix.
Then add green and tamarind chutney, curd, red chili powder, and cumin powder to it.
Along with this, add dry mango powder and chaat masala to it and mix well.
