1 cup sweet corn
4 tbsp chopped green onions
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/4 cup carrots finely chopped
1-inch piece ginger finely chopped
1/4 cup beans finely chopped
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp black pepper powder
3 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste

To make corn soup, first of all finely chop green onions, garlic, and ginger.
After this wash the carrots and beans and chop them finely.
Then put 3 spoons of olive oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
After this, add garlic and ginger pieces to it and fry for a few seconds.
Then put green onions in it and cook while stirring well.
After this, add half a cup of sweet corn, carrot, and beans to it.
Then you cook them for about 2 minutes while stirring.
After this, put the remaining half cup of sweet corn and 2 tbsp of water in the blender.
Then grind it well and make a smooth paste.
After this, put this paste in the pan and cook it for about 2 minutes.
Then add about 3 cups of water and salt as per taste.
After this, while stirring it well, cover and boil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Then make a solution by adding 1 teaspoon of corn flour and 1/4 cup of water in a cup.
After this, add this solution to the corn soup and mix it well.
Then while stirring the soup, boil it till it thickens.

After this add vinegar, 2 tbsp green onions, and black pepper powder and mix.
