- You have to take oats for breakfast. Oats contain beta-glucan, which gives energy to the body, and helps in digestion and eating oats also helps in reducing weight.
- Drink carrot, pomegranate and beetroot juice in the mid-morning. These three things provide energy to the body, remove anaemia in women's bodies and also fulfil the deficiency of essential nutrients.
- In lunch you have to eat moong dal chaat, chanachaat or rajmachaat. This protein-rich meal will fulfil your protein needs, keep your stomach full and prevent unhealthy cravings.
- After this, eat papaya in the evening. Garnish it with a spoonful of seed mix. Mix pumpkin, sunflower and flax seeds in it.
