cashew nuts 20
Almonds 10 to 15
Pistachios 5 to 10
saffron half tsp
sugar to taste
Saffron colour - a pinch
How to make Shrikhand
To make Shrikhand, you will need curd, you remove the extra water from the curd.
For this, you can remove the water with the help of a strainer, and you can also use a cotton cloth.
Tie the curd in a cotton cloth and hang its bundle in a high place for 7 to 8 hours.
By the time your curd is set, finely chop all the dry fruits.
This will remove all the extra water from it.
Now put this curd in a vessel and beat it well for 5 to 10 minutes.
After this add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron threads to the curd as per taste.
Now mix all the things well.
Whisk all these things until the curd becomes very smooth.
Now when it has become smooth, keep it aside for half an hour.
Now add all the chopped dry fruits to it, and mix them all well.
Your Shrikhand is ready after making it.
Now let it cool down and decorate it on your Iftari table. And when you sit down to eat the lesson, serve it.
Believe me whoever eats it will not be able to live without praising it.
