Eat apple and beetroot

Apple and beetroot are also good for skin health. Beetroot is also found in abundance in Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Iron. Consuming it daily removes anaemia, reduces dark circles under the eyes and brings a glow to the face. The antioxidants present in apples reduce the signs of ageing and make the skin healthy.
