Cake baking supplies
Flour – one and a half cup
Milk – 1 cup
Condensed milk – 3/4 cup
Vinegar – one and a half tablespoon
Refined oil – 1/4 cup
Liquid red food color – 2 tsp
Vanilla essence – one and a half teaspoon
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Cold heavy cream – as required
Sugar powder – 1 tablespoon

Method
To make Red Velvet Cake, first, preheat the oven to 175°C. After this, first of all, add condensed milk and refined milk in a big bowl and beat it well. After this, after getting a creamy texture, add flour, baking powder, vanilla essence, and baking soda and mix it well.
Now mix it properly and slowly add milk to it. Keep in mind that beat it so much that all the lumps in it disappear. If lumps remain then the cake will not be cooked properly. When the batter is ready, add red food color to it and mix it well. Lastly, add a little vinegar to it.
Now apply butter in a heart-shaped mold and pour the cake mixture into it. Bake this cake liquid in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. While baking, check it once in between whether it is cooked or not. After cooking, take it out and cool it.
Now comes the turn of icing. For this, beat butter and cream, then add icing sugar and vanilla extract. Now you can decorate the cake as per your choice with the help of this icing.
