Material :
-100 grams red velvet sponge mix
-75 grams of whipped cream
-15 g cheese mascarpone
-20 grams of cream cheese
-15 grams icing sugar
-15 ml sugar syrup
-30 grams of white chocolate compound
-1 gram of cardamom powder
Method :
1. Starting with a soft sponge cake, take about 100 grams of Red Velvet Pre Mix and add water and oil to it until it becomes a semi-liquid batter. Mix it well making sure that there are no lumps in it. While making the batter, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
2. When your batter is ready, take a cake pan and grease it with a thin layer of melted unsalted butter. Once done, pour the batter and let it set for a minute. After setting, put the cake pan in the microwave and let it bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. While the cake is being baked, or the frosting is being made, add 15 grams of mascarpone cheese, 20 grams of cream cheese, 75 grams of whipped cream, 1 gram of cardamom powder, and 15 grams of icing sugar. Mix it until it turns into a smooth, light cream frosting.
4. When the cake is baked, take it out of the microwave and let it cool. Once done, take out the sponge cake from the pan and let it set on butter paper. Now cut the cake in the shape of a heart and cover it with the pre-prepared frosting.
5. To decorate the red velvet cake, take some red velvet crumbles and sprinkle them on one side of the cake and add white chocolate crumbles on the other side.
6. Once done, you can add some white edible pearl chocolate and your Valentine Special Red Velvet Cake is all set.
