This is the method of application:-
Step 1
If you are eligible as per the eligibility list, then you can also apply for Ayushman Card.
For this, first of all, you have to go to your nearest public service center.
You have to go there and give your documents to the concerned officer to get them verified.
Step 2
Then the officials also check your eligibility
After this verification takes place and then when everything is found correct, your application is made and your Ayushman card is made.
