You can keep these things in mind:-
Sun protection
If you have a CNG car, then you should avoid parking it in the sun during the summer season. This is because it can cause the cabin inside the car to heat up and this can be quite dangerous. Therefore, CNG cars should be parked in the shade.
Gas refilling
In summer, keep in mind that if you are going to get gas siphoned in your CNG car, then do not fill the cylinder. When the gas cylinder is filled, it starts thermally expanding. Therefore, instead of filling the cylinder, one or two kilos of gas can be filled less.
Check leaks
While on the one hand the company provides CNG kit installed in the car, on the other hand, many people get this kit installed from outside. In such a situation, if CNG is installed in your car later i.e. from outside, then keep in mind that CNG tanks in such cars can often leak. Therefore it should be checked from time to time.
Hydro testing necessary
If you have a CNG car, then keep one thing in mind keep hydro testing done from time to time. If hydro testing is not done for three years or more, your CNG car may face problems. So don't forget it.
