By smoking

By lighting a match

By burning crackers
If more monkeys have entered your locality and they are not running away, then you can take the help of firecrackers. All you have to do is burn loud crackers somewhere around where the monkeys are sitting. Monkeys can run away in fear after hearing their voice.
Using sound gun
