In this series, there is a scheme called Ayushman Bharat Yojana, under which eligible people are getting free health facilities. The name of this scheme has now been changed to 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Mukhyamantri Yojana'. For this, you have to go to the official website pmjay.gov.in
Go here and click on the option 'Am I Eligible' given above

Then an OTP will come on your mobile, enter it here.
Now, out of the two options that appear, select your state in the first and fill in the mobile number and ration card number in the second.
After this, you will know your eligibility and whether your Ayushman card can be made or not.

For this, first, go to your nearest public service center.
Here you have to meet the concerned officer and show the relevant documents.

After this, the documents given by you will be verified
Your eligibility will also be checked
