The method to change surname on an Aadhar card is:-
Step 1

If you want to get your husband's surname added to your Aadhar card after marriage, then you can get it done.
For this, you have to go to your nearest Aadhaar Service Center.
You will have to take your husband along with you.

Step 2
By going here you have to fill out the correction form, in which you have to give the information including your name, mobile number, and Aadhaar number that you want to change in your Aadhaar card.
Then you have to attach copies of some related documents along with this filled form.

Step 3
Documents you may need include your husband's Aadhar card and marriage certificate.
After this, attach copies of these relevant documents with the form.
Then submit this form to the concerned officer

Step 4
Now your photo is clicked and then your biometric is also done.
After this, the information on your Aadhar card is updated by the officer, who checks your information properly here.
Then you have to pay the prescribed fee and after this, your husband's surname is updated in your Aadhaar.
