If any of your loved ones have passed away, then in such a situation, to get the death certificate made, you have to apply within 21 days of the death. After this, this document is ready within 5 to 7 days.
This is the process:-
Step 1
If you want to get someone's death certificate made, then first of all you have to go to either the Municipal Corporation's website or the local registrar's office.
Go there and take the form for making a death certificate and fill it out.
Step 2
After this, you have to attach copies of some documents with this form.
These include an Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Local Residence Certificate, proof of your relationship with the deceased,
Includes information about date and time of death, date of birth, etc.
Step 3
Now take the prepared form and submit it to the Registrar/Sub Registrar's office.
Then further process will take place and if everything is found correct, the death certificate is prepared.
