As soon as it is evening, light hunger often starts troubling. In such a situation, poha cutlet with tea will prove to be the perfect cure for your hunger. The easier it is to make, the tastier it tastes.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soaked poha
- 1/2 cup onion
- boiled a potato
- green coriander
- one spoon cornflour
- two spoons of gram flour
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- half a teaspoon of black pepper
- oil for frying
process :
First of all, take the portioned poha in a vessel and add boiled potatoes to it and mash it well.
Now mix all the spices including onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, red chilies, black pepper, and ginger garlic paste in it.
After this, mix corn flour and gram flour in a mixture and knead it like a dough while mixing it well.
Now keep this mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour.
After the fixed time, take it out and make it in the shape of a cutlet.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry till crispy golden brown.
Finally, serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
