PCOS is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, it is clear from the name itself that cysts start forming in the ovaries of women, but in reality, this is not completely correct. Not all women who have symptoms of PCOS have cysts in their ovaries.
Builds muscles quickly
Women suffering from PCOS have high production of testosterone ie male hormone. Because of this woman suffering from this syndrome can easily build muscles. On the other hand, women who are not affected by this syndrome take longer.
Effect on Period Cycle over Time
Women who are struggling with the problem of PCOS may still have problems with the irregularity of the period cycle, but it gets better with age. After an age, periods in PCOS women start getting more regular.
Sleep disturbance
Women suffering from PCOS may have to face many problems related to sleep. Not getting proper sleep or breaking sleep in between, this problem can happen to anyone, but it is seen more in women suffering from PCOS.
