Sewai Custard Recipe: Sevaiyan is eaten a lot on the occasion of Eid. Different types of dishes are made from it. Like sweet vermicelli, sheer khurma, and salty vermicelli... Apart from this, it is also being eaten as noodles, it is not only tasty but also contains turmeric, but have you ever eaten vermicelli custard? If not, then do try once. Custard Ingredients
1 litre milk
a bowl of thick vermicelli
Half teaspoon cardamom powder
sugar to taste
2 teaspoons vanilla custard powder
1 cup cream
a spoonful of ghee
a cup of fruit
1 cup chopped mawa

How to make Sevai Fruit Custard
To make vermicelli custard, first heat a pan, add ghee to it and roast vermicelli.
When the vermicelli starts turning light brown, turn off the gas and keep the vermicelli cool.
On the other hand, start heating the milk by pouring it into a pan, keep in mind that the milk should not be boiled for a long time.
When the milk is boiled three times, add saffron, cardamom powder and roasted vermicelli and mix.
Keep stirring it continuously, the vermicelli will be cooked for about 5 to 7 minutes. Keep in mind that the film of gas should be medium or slow.
Now take vanilla custard powder in a bowl and mix four to five spoons of cold milk in it.
Now mix this custard mixture well, and check the vermicelli whether is cooked or not.
When it is cooked, add sugar, cashew nuts and your favourite dry fruits and mix it.
When the sugar dissolves, add the custard mixture to it.
Pour the custard mixture into the pan while stirring slowly. When it becomes more and creamy, turn off the gas, keep it in the fridge to cool down.
Your vermicelli custard is ready.
However, if you want to serve it by adding fruits, then put fruits of your choice like pomegranate, apple, and banana and then eat cold custard vermicelli.
