3. Turmeric With Cinnamon
Take turmeric and cinnamon powder and mix it with milk and drink it after heating. Health experts recommend drinking it during breakfast, through this it is easy to control blood glucose levels. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties are found in cinnamon, which is very beneficial for diabetic patients.
