But now in Uttar Pradesh, if someone writes such poetry. So a lot of trends can be cut. Kannauj police have recently taken action on such vehicles.

The Kannauj police stopped many drivers and instructed their drivers that writing such poetry on vehicles is illegal under the Motor Vehicles Act. The challan will be done on doing so. While the police left many people just instructing, some police also cut the challan.

What do rules say?
Under the Motor Vehicles Act, of 1988, the rules made under the Writing Writing Officers on the vehicle are violated. On doing this, the driver can be challenged. Under the Motor Vehicles Act, of 1988, it is illegal to write words related to caste or religion or put any sticker on vehicles.

For this, you may have to pay a fine of up to Rs 1,000. Apart from this, it is illegal to write something related to caste or religion on the number plate of the vehicle under the Motor Vehicles Act from the year 2023 to prevent casteism and religious discrimination. By doing this, you may have to pay a fine of up to Rs 5,000.
