Neck exercises

Many people have neck pain and even cervical problems while working at the workplace. In this case, keep moving the neck in between. Move your neck from side to side for a few minutes about every half hour.

Drink jasmine water

Detoxing the body is also very important. For this, drink Jasmine water. Drinking this infused water removes stress. Not only this, if you drink jasmine water, you will feel refreshed.

Take a walk

Leave your seat for a while every hour. If you cannot get up from the seat and go for a walk, then stand up for a few minutes at least every 1 hour, this will also affect digestion.

Track miles

Most people do not take care of their meals while working in the office. Take full care of what to eat, and at what time to eat. Even if you are busy with work, do not starve for long. Keep eating something in between.
