Wear warm socks and waterproof shoes

Do not walk outside in the cold

If you have a habit of taking children for a walk, then make a slight change in your timing and take them to the park around 4 or 5 o'clock.

Keep giving water to the baby
Many people do not consume enough water in winter. Take care that you and your children do not do this. Always keep them hydrated and make sure they do not drink cold water. While giving them water, make it lukewarm. Cold water can cause lung infections. Drinking enough water will remove toxins from their body and keep them healthy.
Feed healthy food
We avoid doing too much activity during the winter season. In such a situation, food also takes time to digest. If your children like to eat fried and junk food. At this time, limit their consumption of snacks and fried food. Instead, give them healthy options like roasted makhana, popcorn, boiled corn and dry fruits and nuts. Such things contain essential nutrients like protein, iron and zinc, which will help in increasing the immunity of the child.
Improve sleep
The body will get rest only when children get good and complete sleep. If children are ill, then adequate sleep is very important for them. Quality sleep will help boost their immunity.
