In the year 2017, the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) along with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) launched the Digital Police Portal (https://digitalpolice.gov.in). Citizen services are provided up to the state and central level through the Digital Police Portal. Apart from this, MHA has also launched https://cybercrime.gov.in site in 2019 on which you can complain about any kind of cybercrime. In a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha, Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra explained the benefits of the Digital Police Portal and also explained the services that can be availed through this portal.

Submission of requests for issue of various NOCs (procession, event/demonstration, protest/hartal, etc.)
Verification requests for servants, employment, passport, senior citizen registration, etc.
Portal to share information and enable citizens to download necessary forms
