Facebook and Instagram Blue Tick Meta has also announced to start of a subscription service on the lines of Twitter. Meta owner Mark Zuckerberg gave information about the subscription service through a post on Facebook. Zuckerberg wrote in the post, this week we are launching Meta Verified. There is a subscription service of sorts, which will allow users to verify their account with a government ID card.

Zuckerberg said in a post that now customers will not only be able to get the Blue Badge (blue tick) by paying Rs, but they will also get security and direct access to customer support from fake accounts with the same ID. He said that this new feature is about enhancing the authentication security in the services of Facebook and Instagram.

According to Zuckerberg, a user will have to pay $11.99 (Rs 992.36) per month for web-based verification and $14.99 (Rs 1240.65) per month for the service on iOS. The Meta Verified subscription service will be launched in Australia and New Zealand this week. He said that soon this service will start in other countries as well.
