Ingredients:
1 cup soaked moth dal, 1 tsp cumin, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion, chopped tomato

Method :
Wash the moth dal with cold water.

Chop onion, tomato, and green chilies.

Heat oil in a pan, and splutter cumin and green chilies in it.

Then fry onions, ginger, and garlic, and add chopped tomatoes along with spices and salt.

Mix this mixture well.

Now add moth dal and water.

Let it cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the gas.
