Material
Green Garlic - 300 grams
Onion leaves - 200 grams
Green chili - 3-4
Coriander - 2 cups
Wheat flour - 2 bowls
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee - as required

Method
1. First of all wash and clean green garlic, green onion, green chili, and green coriander.

2. After washing and cleaning all these things, chop them finely.

3. After this, heat the oil in a pan and add some ghee to it.

4. When the ghee is hot, add chopped vegetables and fry them.

5. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala and fry it.

6. Let all the ingredients cook well. After this add salt as per taste.

7. Cool the mixture after cooking it well.

Sieve the wheat flour in a utensil and add some salt to it.

9. Add little water to the flour and knead the dough.

10. Make equal balls of the prepared dough and roll them.

11. Put the stuffing in the prepared balls and close it from all sides.

12. Prepare balls from the remaining dough in the same way and fill them with stuffing.

13. Heat a pan on medium heat.

14. After this put the rolled parantha on the griddle.

15. Cook on one side and apply ghee.

16. Similarly apply ghee on the other side of the parantha.

17. When both sides are cooked, take out the parantha on a plate.

18. Serve hot by applying butter on the parantha.
