Tamarind and onion chutney are very tasty. You can serve it with hot paratha or chaat.

Material :
Finely chopped 1 onion, 3 tbsp tamarind, 1 tsp sugar as per taste, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp red chili, a pinch of black pepper, salt as per taste

Method :
First of all soak tamarind in water for 1-2 hours.

After this, separate the pulp and separate the water.

Add red chili, black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, and a little sugar to it.

Then add tamarind pulp to this mixture, and delicious chutney is ready.
